Yvonne Barry
Yvonne Barry has been a key driver of the company’s strategic and operational development since joining in 2019. A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in both practice and industry, Yvonne oversees CRT’s financial planning, operational performance, and corporate governance.
Under her leadership, CRT has successfully relocated its manufacturing facility, expanded its product range, and grown its operations by over 50%. Yvonne has been instrumental in managing this growth, ensuring that financial systems, operational processes, and strategic priorities evolved to support the company’s expanding scale.
Yvonne brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership and is committed to building scalable, efficient operations that position CRT for long-term success.

Brian Humphries
Brian Humphries founded Cork Roof Truss Company (CRTC) in 2003, and continues to lead the company as Managing Director. With over 40 years of experience in the timber engineering industry, Brian combines deep technical knowledge with a clear vision for innovation and quality. Under his stewardship, CRTC has grown into one of Munster’s leading providers of precision-engineered timber solutions.
Brian’s leadership reflects a commitment to complete service—covering structural design, working drawings, layout plans, and on-time delivery. His dedication helps architects, developers, and contractors across residential, commercial, and public sector sectors build with confidence and efficiency.
