Brookfield is an established student accommodation complex beside UCC. A new accommodation block was constructed in 2017 in a short construction window during the summer months. It was imperative that major construction works were completed when population density was at its lowest.

CRTC was responsible for fulfilling all design criteria and meeting the tight delivery schedules of the project.

The trusses were delivered in pre-planned sections, assembled on the ground,and lifted into position by a crane. This method had a twofold aim, namely,speed of erection,and optimum worker safety on the high roof. CRTC met all the requisite targets and satisfied the client’s requirements
